The return of Tom Boonen at Franco Belge Circuit

Tom Boonen will make his return to the squad late September, two weeks later than planned, told Sporza Patrick Lefevere, manager of the Quick Step. The runner, the knee surgery last month, was to resume competition on September 11 in Paris-Brussels, but he will not return until September 30 at French-Belgian. Boonen has left knee surgery July 15 at Herentals. He suffered from tendinitis in his left knee since his serious crash in the Tour of California on May 16, and the collective fall with the arrival of the 4th stage of Tour de Suisse, June 15 (Belga)
